For all reservation requests, please have your credit card ready to provide us with the information on the front and back of your card. Authorized means of payment are Visa or Mastercard. We cannot accept American Express cards. Please note that once your reservation has been made, the total amount corresponding to the rental of your seats will be automatically debited from your card. Once the transaction has been recorded by our services, no postponements or cancellations will be permitted.
As the Theatre is an old listed building, it is unfortunately not accessible to the disabled. For people with reduced mobility, please visit the ‘CONTACT‘ page and book by telephone only, to see if we can accommodate you in the best conditions.
WHERE CAN YOU COLLECT YOUR TICKETS ?
AT THE THEATRE
You can go directly to the Théâtre des Nouveautés ticket office at the bottom of the stairs on the left, open 45 minutes before the start of the show.
E-TICKETS
Your E-tickets are sent to you as an attachment to your booking confirmation e-mail. Present this E-ticket directly on your phone or in printed form.
