The general terms and conditions govern ticket sales on the Ticketmaster website, acting as a simple ticket sales intermediary between the Customer and FRENCH ARROGANCE PROD. Consequently, the following conditions of sale only concern the acts of ticket sales and in no case the show or the event itself.
The number of tickets must be checked by the customer only when they are issued by the retailer. No subsequent claims will be accepted. Tickets are valid only for the performance for which they were issued. The price, category, date and time stated on the ticket must be checked by the customer at the time of issue to ensure that it corresponds to the performance requested. The customer is responsible for checking this. No subsequent complaint may be taken into account for any reason whatsoever.
The resale of a ticket at a price higher than that shown on the ticket is strictly forbidden. FRENCH ARROGANCE PROD declines all responsibility in the event of the purchase of a ticket outside authorised sales outlets and cannot, in any capacity whatsoever, be held responsible for the said sale.
Tickets are divided into several categories corresponding to different selling prices. Tickets are issued once only. In the event of theft, proof of which is provided by lodging a complaint with the police, and on the express condition that the reservation can technically be recovered, the theatre may issue a duplicate ticket allowing the customer holding the duplicate ticket to access the seat initially reserved.
Any person occupying the seat covered by the duplicate ticket will be considered to be in possession of an illegal ticket, and the theatre will therefore be entitled to ask them to leave the auditorium, if necessary to expel them and, if necessary, to claim damages.
The show starts at the time indicated on the tickets. The times announced are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given to late customers. Numbered seats are guaranteed only until the curtain rises. Tickets must be presented at the theatre entrance in printed or electronic (E-ticket) form.
Furthermore, the theatre or the producer of the show reserves the right to cancel any performance that cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as (but not limited to) bad weather, strikes, fire, water damage, illness of the actor, etc…
Reimbursement will be made to our reseller for the amount paid, to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity whatsoever (transport costs, accommodation, etc.).
